Refund policy

Due to the nature of our custom monogrammed linens, there are no returns or exchanges. Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours from the order date. Please order your linens carefully! You can always contact us for any return question at julialittleberry@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event of a manufacturer defect or error, the item will be replaced at no charge as quickly as possible. Please email your written request to juliamonograms@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization for a defective item within 3 days of receipt of the order. The items must be returned in new condition as originally packaged. The returned items will be inspected. Any item that has been laundered, shows use or signs of odor, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer regardless of  a defect. Items returned without a return authorization or received after the return date will not be accepted.  Returns are not accepted due to customer ordering error.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
