Shipping policy

All of our products are sewn and embroidered to order. Each item is made by an individual seamstress and embroidered one piece at a time. Production time for our linens is typically 1-2  weeks + shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, be sure to note this in the message box during checkout. Please allow extra time during peak Bridal Season, Holiday season, or during Special Events & Sales. Shipping time typically adds 5-10 business days for delivery.

For rush orders, please make a note in the message box during checkout with your request. There is a 50% upcharge  for all rush orders in addition to expedited shipping charges.
